                             stage, in the studio, and as a professional sound engineer.

A word or two from Dan:
I have recently been working on a new          
project: Learning non-pedal steel guitar.
My work on the Western Swing Show
has developed into a passion for the non
pedal steel; an instrument that seems to
have become a lost art.
There are many great players, but they
don't get the recognition that I feel they
deserve. In addition to the Western songs,
there is an entire style that no longer gets
any attention: Hawaiian Steel Guitar.
I've been adding Hawaiian songs to my
show and the response has been great. It
seems to be working for Sponge Bob too!
I've recently begun to update this site. I
will be adding a page on Pedal and Non-
Pedal steel guitar. To the left is a photo of
2 McKinney steels and a Fender just below.
These are identical to ones I've recenlty pur-
chased. I will add more details on as time
permits.
